I found an AMAZING book that teaches how to turn origami into charms for jewelry! It's like, a combination of my two most favorite art forms!
I think these turned out pretty well
The butterflies are made from 1 1/2" washi paper with several coats of polyurothane to make them waterproof (pretty important, I think)
They're going to be my sister's Christmas presents. I'm pretty sure she doesn't know about my deviant site... hopefully..
